Yes. We remove existing wallpaper without damaging your drywall using steam, scoring, or chemical solution depending on the paper and substrate. We then skim-coat and prime the wall before installing the new paper. Removal can also be booked as a standalone service.

Yes. Residential and commercial are both core services. We carry $2 to $5 million general liability insurance. Certificates of Insurance are provided on request for commercial bids: required documentation for offices, hotels, restaurants, and retail sites.

Most single rooms are completed in one day, including prep and cleanup. A powder room is often 2 to 4 hours; a bedroom or living room runs 4 to 8 hours. Multi-room jobs and large custom murals are typically 2 to 4 days. Wallpaper removal alone usually takes a half-day to a full day per room depending on layers and adhesive.

Yes. All residential installations carry a 2-year workmanship warranty covering seam adhesion, alignment, and pattern matching. If a seam lifts or a drop shifts within two years, we come back and fix it at no charge. Material defects are handled in coordination with the supplier.

Yes. Powder rooms are one of our most popular installations. We use moisture-tolerant adhesives, mildew-resistant primers, and recommend Type II vinyl, grasscloth with a sealed backing, or peel-and-stick for high-humidity walls. Full bathrooms are case-by-case: we assess ventilation and direct splash exposure before quoting.

Yes. We work with VOC-free clay and starch-based pastes, water-based primers, and eco-certified papers from York Wallcoverings, Phillip Jeffries natural fibres, and FSC-certified printed papers. If low-VOC is important to you, tell us at the quote stage and we will spec the full system to match.

Yes. We install multi-panel custom murals from any printer including Phototex, Rebel Walls, Tempaper, and bespoke commissions from local Toronto artists. We measure the room before you order, dry-fit panels before applying adhesive, and align every drop so the mural centres correctly.

Surprisingly clean. Wallpaper installation is paste and paper, not sanding and dust. Floors and trim are protected before we start, paste is contained at the table, and we sweep and wipe before we leave. Most clients stay home or work from home during the install with no disruption.

You don't have to. Wall assessment and prep are part of every job. We inspect the substrate, fill nail holes, sand any gloss paint, skim-coat where the wall is rough, and prime with a substrate-matched primer before any paper goes up. Prep is quoted upfront so you see the number before we start.

Peel-and-stick. It removes cleanly without damage to drywall when installed correctly, takes hours instead of days, and gives renters the look of real wallpaper without the lease violation. We install Tempaper, RoomMates, Chasing Paper, and NuWallpaper. Confirm with your landlord first; most allow it on a single accent wall.

Adhesive selection depends on paper type, substrate, and open time requirements. Paste-the-wall adhesive works for most standard and non-woven papers. Paste-the-paper adhesive is used for traditional papers that need to soak and expand before hanging. Dry-back adhesive is used for Type II commercial vinyl where a stronger bond and longer repositioning window is needed. We assess your material before any adhesive is mixed and confirm compatibility before installation day.

We handle the building management documentation, schedule around quiet hours, and bring protective covers that meet high-rise standards.
